The house is located on a 3000 m2 fenced plot in Tranum in North Jutland with 4.5 km to Tranum Beach and 2 km to Tranum City, where there is a large nature playground and good marked hiking trails in Fosdalen.
Nearby is also Slettestrand with the fantastic mountain bike routes.
There is a trampoline buried and a new swing set on the plot, so it is easy to keep an eye on the children.
The house is heated by heat pump and wood stove.
