There are good shopping opportunities and opportunities to walk along the harbor and down by the Wadden Sea. The atmosphere at the harbor is unique, there are several fish restaurants, small shops and of course you can follow the activity of the fishing boats, which mostly land North Sea prawns. Rømø is known for its kilometer-long and wide sandy beaches with opportunities for many different leisure activities such as kitesurfing, beach sailing, kite flying and beach volleyball.
