Just a few minutes' walk from Marielyst's award-winning sandy beach, we rent out our lovely 24-person holiday home with swimming pool, hot tub and sauna as well as lots of activities for the whole family to enjoy.
The holiday home has 3 large main rooms, the kitchen/lounge, the activity room and the pool room. The kitchen/family room is both spacious and well-equipped with a double oven, 2 dishwashers and 2 fridges. In addition to the ample space for the diligent cooks, there is also plenty of room at the long dining tables in front of the wood-burning stove, where you can set the table for holiday meals or festive events. From here there is also a clear view into the pool room where you can keep an eye on the activities in the large pool, those enjoying the large bubbling hot tub or enjoying a warm moment in the sauna. The activity room has a free-standing pool and table tennis table, table football, air hockey and darts. There's another sofa group with another flat screen TV and playstation. So there's plenty of opportunity to cosy up while watching the games.
The sleeping accommodation is divided into 9 double rooms and 2 lofts with 6 good extra beds.
The house is surrounded on 3 sides by a large wooden terrace that gives you the added luxury of being able to move inside and outside on bare feet. There are also several covered terraces where you can cook food on the barbecue and socialise together.
The house is located in an area with other similar houses, but the location in a quiet corner with no neighbours on either side, the privacy, the surroundings and, not least, the house, are cited by the many guests who come back again and again as reasons why this has become a place worth returning to.
The house is insulated all year round and together with an advanced heat pump system, it keeps energy costs at a reasonable level for this size house with pool facilities.
