bBeautiful cottage suitable for people with disabilitiesb

The owner of the cottage in Louns is himself a wheelchair user and uses the house often.
The house is therefore mainly rented out to people with disabilities and helpers.
Spa bathroom.
2 large, lovely terraces. The one with a reading sail in the summer that can provide extra shelter.

The cottage contains five bedrooms with space for ten people.
One bedroom has two nursing beds, one with a pressure-relieving mattress.
A ceiling lift is fitted to facilitate the help of the helper.
In addition, a room with double bed and three rooms with bunk beds.

The house is furnished so that the bedroom with nursing beds and one bunk room is located around the large spa bathroom. So, a disabled user and a helper can work completely undisturbed from the rest of the house's occupants.
Of course, there is also a spacious ceiling lift in the spa bathroom.

Large living room with wood burning stove. Large TV, DVD-and sound system. Full Viasat package.

A corner of the living room is furnished with a large dining table.
The kitchen contains a cozy dining area, so usually there will be enough space to eat there.
The kitchen contains everything in white goods, including a new oven and a new fridge-freezer with a large freezer part. Great if you want to store frozen food for the entire stay.

2 large bathrooms.
One with spa and ceiling lift. Lovely large workplace around the toilet for handling citizens with disabilities

Note: Washbasin in bathroom and kitchen and stove are not wheelchair accessible. The owner has a personal helper and has therefore not changed the original beautiful and functional design

The house is fitted with a heat pump for cheap heating.
There is fiber broadband in the house and Wi-Fi connection.
In addition, Chromecast so you can stream your own signal to TV.

The cottage is in lovely green surroundings near to Louns Bredning beach.
The area is in the North Jutland region.
Small squirrels and deer are often seen in the morning.
In Hvalpsund, which is 4 km from the cottage, there is a fast ferry connection to Salling.
For golf enthusiasts, Hvalpsund Golf Club is within 3.3 km. and the distance to Himmerland Golf Club is 30 km.
