Holiday cottage located close to the sea and beach in the popular southern part of Løkken in quiet, scenic surroundings and in walking distance to the town. The house was built in 1976, modernised and extended in 2007, very well maintained and features an open-plan kitchen and living room, three bedrooms (one with door from the sun yard), mezzanine, bathroom with shower and a large patio and carport that can also used as a covered terrace. For heating there is both air-to-air heat pump and wood-burning stove so that energy costs can be kept to a minimum. The decor is tasteful, modern and light. The living room is large and spacious.
