The house is functionally well furnished, with the large living room opening onto the kitchen, pool room and terrace. The house has a heated pool, a hot tub and a large sauna. The activity room, located in the second section of the house, has billiards, table tennis, table football and darts. The house is only a short distance from one of South Lolland's best beaches, a child-friendly sandy beach with dunes and clean water.
The location, the surroundings and, not least, the house, are cited by the many guests who come back again and again as reasons why this has become a place worth returning to.
Hummingen is the ideal holiday destination if you want to relax, go hiking or fishing in undisturbed surroundings. As the landscape is fairly flat, it's perfect for cycling and there are several scenic cycling and hiking trails with great views of the sea. Nearby is Kramnitse with a small harbour where you can buy fish directly from the boats.
The house is insulated all year round and, together with an advanced heat pump system, keeps energy costs at a reasonable level for this size house with pool facilities.
