From the kitchen door there is access to a small terrace with afternoon sun. From the living room you step out onto the large, open wooden terrace, where food can be prepared on the gas grill. The house includes a kayak and life jacket, which can be used freely at your own risk. The plot and the area are hilly, but it is possible to park the car right next to the house.
