This unique house from 2003 is perfectly located in northern Sealand with many attractions and only 45 kilometres from downtown Copenhagen. The house has direct beach access to Roskilde Fjord and a stunning 180 degree panoramic view with beautiful sunsets. Elegant architecture in quiet and idyllic surroundings. The area offers excellent opportunities for sightseeing, walks and total relaxation.

The house (125 sq. metres) has a large garden and playing area with direct access to the Fjord.

The open kitchen/dining area is spacious and offers a spectacular view. It has direct access to a large, elevated balcony overlooking the water. The kitchen has all modern appliances, incl. ceramic finger-touch cooking area, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, toaster.

A large living area has direct access to outside patio with a stunning view. Woodburning stove and TV/DVD/stereo, access to wifi. Built-in pull-out bed with mattresses for two.

There is one large master bedroom and one elegant bedroom, both with comfortable double beds and built-in closets. In addition a spacious childrens bedroom with a 3-person bunk bed. All bedrooms have private patio doors with access to the garden and the morning sun.

A huge luxury bathroom has a spa (seats two), as well as a shower area for two people. The sauna seats four people. Washing machine and dryer.

The second bathroom has toilet and shower.

There is an upper sleeping area above the second bathroom which has mattresses for two people.

The house sleeps comfortably 7 people in the 3 bedrooms, but more people can fit in with the extra double bed in the living room and in the bed top area.

There is a barbecue, patio furniture and games. All rooms have electrical floor heating. In addition possible to heat with two heat pumps to save electricity expenditure. Perfect for a get-away all year.

This house is perfect for a family or a couple if you want to spoil yourself!
