The heat pumps for pool heating and for the living room reduces power consumption to only 30-40% of electricity consumption in the normal electrical heating .
The homes are of 220 m2 to 12 adults + 2 children. They are located at Søndervig on a plot with shelter -giving trees and southwest -facing terrace.
The house has tile floor with inlaid floor heating, white washed walls, large skylights and ceiling to tilt. Sleeping Department is completely separated from the living room to ensure calm.
There is free internet, TV, DVD, CD, etc.
On the one ground area there is a beach volleyball court ( No. 22) and on the other a bocce court ( No. 24). There is approx. 700 m to the North Sea .
Nearby are fishing lake, golf, adventure golf , mini golf , water park, beach bowl , tennis, water skiing , horseback riding , etc.
