Large cozy cottage on Samsø, guaranteeing cozy living

160 kvm. large privat cottage on Samsø. The cottage has been family owned for the past 33 years. Spacious to the large 9 person's family possibly. 2 families or just a wish for good space.

The cottage is regularly renovated over time, no later than 2013 with new 1st. hall and new bathrooms at both ends of the house.
For the children there is playroom on the 1st floor with PlayStation 2 and 3. Various games are available. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with direct access to the bathroom. Lovely kitchen and good spacious living room with room for the big family around the table. In the entrance up to 1 hall there is entrance to the brand new bathroom and washing machine with washing space. On the 1st floor there is 2 double bedrooms and a large room with sofa bed and a large open room with double bed. See floor plan for further information.

The cottage is located in the middle of Samsø in Onsbjerg. There is therefore good access to the entire island from south to north. The cottage has a large lovely enclosed plot. Large playground with petanque court is 100 meters from the house.

The house is smoke free.

The cottage is a double house and is located on a small side road. The Windows are Old, and some of the Windows can not open.

Samsø is the island where you can experience the world's largest maze, Rolling Down Hill, amazing beaches, lots of local artists, Samsø festival and plenty of fresh air. The island where there are activities for everyone, such as cinema, bowling, mini golf, 9 and 18 hole golf course, ride walks along the beach, horse carriage rides, sail trips to Tunø, or to see seals, great fishing opportunities, lots of lovely bike routes, beautiful harbors, lovely eating places, lots of roads with seasonal fruit and vegetables, many local goods and lots of interesting shops, in summer plenty of picking berries, yes, the island has it all so it's up to a great holiday.
