Great child friendly luksuspoolhus suitable for holidays, family celebrations and corporate events etc.. The house has 16 very comfortable double rooms. There is a 38 sqm. swimming pool, which is 10 meters long. and 1.6 m deep with water slide. There are also a children's pool at 8 sqm. with a depth of 0.4 m. The pool area is a 4-6 person spa. and sauna. Linked to this is a family bathroom with three showers, adult toilet, child toilet and baby changing room.
One of the other bathrooms are handicap friendly, and two other bathrooms have also each a spa. The kitchen is equipped with three ovens, two induction (8 cooking zones), two large refrigerators in every 275 l., a large freezer of 275 l. In the living room / kitchen, family room has billiard, pool table, air hockey, football games and a bar. In the house there is also children's furniture. The living room has a spectacular view over the pool and garden with a fountain with a light and 200 sqm. multi-path with football, basketball and volleyball. Besides multi-path in the garden exists an own 18-hole mini golf course and great petanque. There is also a fireplace and four swings and a sandpit. The 500 sqm. large terraces that go around the house are also two chess games, and mill pond and cross bun and put in tile coating.
It is from the terraces step free access to the house, like the house is handicap friendly arranged without doorstep. The house has tiles in any room with underfloor heating on ground floor. Furthermore, there is free wireless network in your house and internal LAN. The house has a 50 "large flat screen television and a small flat screen television. Parking situation is very large with space for 18 cars. Distance to a very lovely and sandy beach is 900 m. Distance to low-cost supermarkets are 500 meters and distance to Marielyst square is 1.5 km. The house rented not for youth groups. It is a non-smoking house and pets are not allowed. Final cleaning is compulsory.
