Rent - Cottage - Nestled in Løjt, near the Genner Bay, Aabenraa Fjord and Little Belt, this holiday home for wood. The cottage was built in 1976 and renovated in 2003. Located on a large common area just 200 meters from an idyllic beach and 200 meters to Aabenraa golf course of the footpath.

Open south-facing terrace with garden and sea views to Barsø.

The cottage has a bright, practical and functional kitchen with microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Kitchen and living room are in one. There are tiled floors everywhere.
Woodburning stove, flat-screen TV and free wireless internet. There are digital cable TV with over 35 Danish, Scandinavian and German channels and many radio channels. There are radio and CD player. Internet / WI-FI is 20/20 in speed.

The cottage is heated with an economical air-to-air heat pump, electric and wood stove.

Nice bathroom with shower.

The cottage is for 5 people. Sleeping accommodation is spread over 2 bedrooms:
A bedroom with double bed.
One bedroom with 1 single bed, bunk bed and a sofa bed.

There is 1 cot and 1 high chair.

Prices:
* Power: 3,00 kr. Per kWh
* Water: 50,- kr. Per m3.
* Cleaning: The tenant must clean or it costs 500, - kr.


* Weekend or 2 nights: Costen 900, - kr in low season. Subsequent days will cost 300, - kr / per day.

The house is only about 150 meters to the center building and common area which is open during the summer. As a tenant of course free access to it. Here are:
