Final cleaning is mandatory.

• Changeover day is Saturday. The house is available from 16.00h. The
house has to be vacated before 10.00h.
• Linen and towels has to be brought by youor you can rent it for DKK
185,- pr. person.
• Final cleaning before departure is DKK 500,-. The money has to left in
the kitchen upon departure.
• A deposit of DKK 2,000.- per week has to be upon hand over of the key and will be repaid when returning of the key subject:
Electricity per. Kw: DKK 2.-
Water is included
The cost of electricity will be deducted from the deposit upon settlement.
• Half of the rent has to be paid at the time of booking, the rest two weeks before the rental period.
• List of practical information for use of the house (TV, bicycles, grills,
kayak, life west, sauna, etc.) you will get together with the key.
• The phone can be used with limited calls within Denmark.
