Holiday home with sea views in atmospheric Gudhjem, Bornholm
Villa Holka is an older townhouse located in the upper part of Gudhjem with room for 6 people. From the house there are beautiful views of the town roofs, the sea and Christiansø.
The cottage has 6 beds and is 143 m2 on two levels.
The ground floor consists of garden room / entrance hall, large living room with dining area and sofa arrangement, room with double bed, smaller but well-functioning kitchen, bathroom with shower and washing column, staircase to the 1st floor. There is a beautiful view of Christiansø from both the kitchen and living room. There is free Wifi and TV with chromecast
The first floor contains a room with a double bed and access to a sunny balcony with a view of Gudhjem Mill, as well as two single bed rooms, one of which has a beautiful sea view.
The kitchen contains a stove with oven and 4 hotplates, as well as a small refrigerator, crockery and various kitchen utensils.
In the sunny garden with flowers and rocks there are more seatings and a barbecue.
In Gudhjem you are nearby everything, whether it is culture, shopping, restaurants, sea and rocks, or sandy beach (Melsted beach), you’ll find it all within walking distance.
The village exudes a southern atmosphere with its idyllic houses located on the steep cliffs and the winding streets and staircases, which lead you down to the atmospheric harbor and past the many glories. Here you will find e.g. museums, art galleries, cinema, swimming pool, smokehouse, ice cream cafés for the hot summer days, Caramel and Chocolate shops. A diversity of restaurants and cafes, which together cover a wide range of exciting taste experiences. If you want to continue out on the island, there are good bus connections close to the house and if you have the car with you, the house has its own parking.
As a starting point, the house is rented out on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday, check-in at 3 pm and departure before 10 am. The rent is incl. water and electricity.
The house is cleaned by tenants before departure and can possibly be purchased for 1050 kr.
