Beautiful modern cottage in the first row with magnificent views of Roskilde Fjord for rent. High up on a hill where the fjord view all day long and the sunset is most beautiful. The house is 98 sqm and stylishly furnished with a living / dining room from which there is a clear view of the fjord. The living room has a built-in fireplace and the house contains four cosy bedrooms, a functional bathroom and a separate well-equipped kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the terrace with charcoal grill.

The beach.
There is access to Halsnæs Strand via a private staircase that consist of 75 steps. The stair leads directly to own beach area from one of the terraces.

The home.
Modern and contemporary cottage with room for 5 people. The house is fully furnished, simple, tasteful and kept in bright colours. The living room has air conditioning / heat pump. The house is completely secluded in the middle of nature, on a sloping south / west facing plot with several sunshine terraces.

Guest access.
The plot is 1,550 sqm where the upper part is in a hilly terrain and the lower part is a steep slope down to its own beach. Guests have access to the entire grounds, and have the entire house to themselves. There is private parking for 1 car and a 11kW electric charger Type-2. There is easy access to public transport where the local railway which runs between Hillerød and Hundested Harbor has a stop at Lille Kregme train station, 10 minutes walk from the cottage. The train also stops in the nearest larger town which is Frederiksværk. In Frederiksværk there is good opportunities for local shopping. In the Frederiksværk Marina there is a cosy harbour with café and a seafood shop.

Other things worth noting.
The area is quiet, secluded and lush. From the living room there is direct access to a large partially covered terrace with glass roof. On the edge of the sloping plot there is another large wooden terrace from which there is an unobstructed view of the beautiful fjord and the starry sky. From the terrace it is a fantastic vue and rich opportunity to watch the bird life. During the summer months, you may be lucky enough to see sailing with one of the reconstructed Viking ships from Roskilde Museum.

Nature area.
The coastal slopes in Halsnæs have a myriad of plants and animals. The open slopes are designated as a "Natura2000" area for the conservation and improvement of the area's wildlife.
