On the outskirts of Arrild holiday village, close to meadow and forest.

The house is built specifically for disabled and elderly people. There is no doorsteps and the doorway is extra wide (100 cm). All the rooms in the house is built with room for e.g. walker, electric wheelchair, mobile lift and various aids and assistive devices.

The 100m2 parking lot right in front of the house is covered with tiles which makes it wheelchair friendly.

100 m2 terrace with 30 m2 covered.

The house is heated with underfloor heating, electricity, wood stove and/or heat pump and can therefore be used all year round.

The holiday home has 10 beds in 4 rooms.
2 rooms of 12 m2 with 2 single beds
2 rooms of 8 m2 with double bed
1 loft bed with double bed.

One large bathroom of 15 m2 with toilet with armrests, toiletchair, hand shower by the toilet, open shower area, sauna, washer and dryer.

One small bathroom of 4 m2 with toilet, sink and shower.

The kitchen and living room are 65 m2 with free space under the sink and hob.

Free fiber Wi-Fi internet.
