Below are outlined the typical steps when renting a vaction home by owner.
1. Find the vacation rental you would like to rent and contact the owner using the contact form or by calling the number specified on the same page.
2. The home owner reverts so you can agree on the specific details. You should confirm all details that are importan to you, as typos and errors may exist in the advert. (i.e. can I bring my dog, what do we need to bring ourselves, is the beach suitable for bathing, etc.)
3. When you have agreed on rental period, price, etc, you should have the home owner send you a rental agreement. The rental agreement ensures that both parties know exactly what has been agreed.
4. When the rental agreement has been returned, the home owner will normally forward information about payment, address of the vacation home, instructions on key pickup point, etc.
