Holiday home for 4-6 persons in Svendborg, Funen
Holiday home in the wonderful Christiansminde area in Svendborg. Located in one of the wings of a three-winged property, the house is situated less than one km from Christiansminde bathing beach, the forest and the centre of Svendborg. The house has an atmosphere of cosiness with paintings by the owner and the owners family on the walls. Smoking is not allowed. There are two bedrooms with double beds in each, and one of them also has a bunk bed. Moreover, there is bathroom, toilet, kitchen and living room with dinner table and a cosy TV corner.
On the terrace outside the house you can enjoy life, making barbecues on the grill and the like. Out of regard for allergy sufferers, smoking is not permitted inside, nor can pets be brought along.
The house is available from Saturday after 13.00 until the following Friday with departure before 16.00, unless otherwise agreed. Please bring with you the rental charge in Danish kroner upon arrival.
In periods A and B you can book the house from Friday at 1800 till Sunday. Price DKK 1,800 all inclusive.
The rental charge includes water, heating, electricity, and final cleaning.
Free parking in front of the house.
In the case of week rental, please tell us if you wish to rent towels and bed linen: DKK 75 per person.
In case you wish to rent the house for more than one week, a discount of 15 per cent is given.
