1st floor: 2 bedrooms with loft rooms (one has access to a roof terrace) - bedroom with cabinet wall, oceanviews and access to a roof terrace.
Terraces - a west-facing tiled terrace with access from the kitchen and views of fields and woods - a wooden deck facing east, with access from orangery and living room - with a clear view of the Storebælt. South facing roof terrace - with views of the ocean, forest and field.
From the garden there are stairs to the water - with its own jetty - and even a fantastic overview terrace with a bench ..... again, with a unforgettable view of the Storebælt - with Romsø in the north to Sprogø / Storebælt Bridge in the south.
The house is rented usually from Saturday. 14:00 to Saturday. 11:00.
You must bring your own towels, bed linen, tea towels and dishcloths. We read together the electricity meter at your arrival and departure and pay 3.00 DKK/kwh. It is possible to buy wood if desired. The rent includes mandatory final cleaning. Water settled with 100.00 DKK/week. Oil settled only outside the summer season with 500.00 DKK/week.
Wifi 100 DKK/week
There are two showers, one of which is an outdoor shower (preferably when you have been in the ocean).
Payment at the conclusion of the lease.
