It is situated on a large, slightly hilly nature property, which borders a large shared area and a preserved area. The house offers marvellous views over fields, woods and Ellemandsbjerget (99 m.a.s.l.) (little view to the sea).
Ideal terrain for walking-running-biking. Is it fishing, you want. Then this is one of the best surroundings in Denmark for seatrout/mackerel/garfish/cod/plaice a.s.o. Fish cleansing place indoor, and a 100 liter deep freezer at hand.
The house is very well-equipped, with all modern neccessities. Floor heating in the entrance-hall and the wellness-room with a 4 pers. whirlpool. Sauna and solarium. Room and conveniences for two or three families with 4 kids in bunk beds.
