Cosy house in the Skaw with unique position in the middle of the Skaw. The house has a hall covered with oblong floortiles, a big and open kitchen also covered with oblong floortiles. The kitchen is combined with a big and light sitting room with a Trip Trap pine floor. There are two nice bedrooms each with a double bed and also a big bedroom with two double beds in it. Two toilets, one with a bath.
In the sonny courtyard you’ll find garden furniture and a grill.
The house is near the centre and it takes about two minutes to walk down to the harbour.

The house, which was build in 1870 by the municipality of the Skaw, was in the first many years used as a workhouse. Since then it has been a grocer and the last 25 years the house has been used for habitation.
