Our lovely summer cottage is situated in Nysted, just 300 meters from a marvellous beach.
The garden is a place of peace and tranquillity with a lush green lawn, trees and bushes with fruits and berries.
Even grapes grow here and wild birds fly and chirp where you go.
Due to a protected area for bird preservation in the stillness of the night you can even hear the beautiful song of the nightingale.


The greenhouse offers a cool down on hot days and the fireplace in the living room is warm and cosy on cold evenings.


The house is in 2007 and 2009 renovated and has a big living room, kitchen, bathroom and two master bedrooms.
There is additionally the possibility of two more beds in the living room.


Nysted is a small town with all necessities.
The harbour is busy, visited by many sailboats - and the beach with its white sand is safe for children and often used by families.


It is a non-smoker house. For those who must pollute themselves with tobacco -o the terrace provides a place to light (and live) it up in a dry environment.
