This unique and spacious house sets new standards for holiday homes. For the construction only high quality building materials were used and this, in combination with a very appealing architecture, makes the house to something special. On 302 m2 you'll get lots of comfort and space for up to 18 persons.

The style is minimalistic with a twist of the soul of the rigid nature surrounding the house. This is particularly obvious with the custom-made dining table in the kitchen area, built of hard oak planks.

The oak is a clear contrast to the white, tasteful kitchen with two steam ovens, one combined microwave/cooker and induction with five cooking zones. The well-equipped kitchen offers top conditions for creation of a delicious gourmet dinner.

The brick laid bar (with fridge) in the activity room is a natural place for gathering while a game of pool billiard, table tennis or table soccer takes place. Staircase from the activity room to one of the mezzanines with PlayStation for the kids. In addition wireless 30/30 Mbit internet (please bring your own computer).

The atmosphere in the swimming pool area is unique. The slate walls and the big tiles in the pools leads your thoughts towards a clear, blue mountain lake.

After a swim in the pool against the counter current you can relax in the sauna or enjoy a soft massage in the hot water of the Spa.

Direct access from the pool area to the terrace facing south-west and the garden, where you will find a large lawn with a basketball hoop and a trampoline (usage at own risk).

The house has 5 bedrooms each with 2 beds and 2 big alcoves each with a double bed. All bedrooms have own exit. On a second mezzanine you have up to 4 extra flexible sleeping-places.

In the house you'll also find a bio fuel burner.

From both the kitchen and the living room you have access to furnished terraces, where you can enjoy long summer evenings with delicious food from the barbecue.

The unique floor planning and decor of the house makes it suitable for more families or couples who want to spend their holiday together surrounded by comfort.

We do not rent out to youth groups.
