Beautiful staircase from the large entrance hall leads to the large kitchen with all domestic appliances and a large dining area with high ceiling. The room also offers an extremely comfortable sofa and reading corner. Doors lead to the huge balcony (60 m2), which hangs on 2 sides of the house and ensures that you can sit in the sun from morning to evening. There is an awning on one side and it is covered by the roof on the other side. It also offers patio heaters, a large gas grill and a large selection of chairs. Enjoy the view directly to the golf course, a lake and the forest from the house / balcony.

The house has a dishwasher, a large fridge, microwave, a washer, and a dryer. There is also a travel cot and children's highchairs.

Situated in Nimtofte, it is only a 10 minute drive to the theme park Djurs Sommerland, 15 minute drive to the beach and a 30 minute drive to Aarhus the house offers a large variety of things to do and see. Aarhus is Denmark's 2nd largest city, offering many shopping possibilities, museums, tivoli, harbour area, great nature, etc.
