Very well kept cottage next to and sheltered by the dunes at the attractive beach area in Søndre Klit, Lyngså Beach only 100 m. to the child friendly beach and only 8 km. South of Sæby Nordjylland.

When entering the hall of the house there are access to 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a baby bed, one with 2 single beds and one with 1 single bed. There is also access to the guest toilet as well as the large bathroom with sauna, shower and hot tub / SPA. At the end of the hall is an open kitchen area in connection with a large living room, where there is a cozy alcove with room for 2 - 3 persons.
Around the house there are terraces in wood and on the west side a covered terrace.
Only 7 km. to Voersaa town, where there is a grocery store, restaurant, boat rental with pedal boats and canoes. Also only 8 km. to Sæby, which has many restaurants and shopping opportunities a big harbor.
