Well located cottage only approx. 400 m from the North Sea and approx. 500 meters from Ferring lake. The cottage is one of the old buildings in Ferring, it is a manor house from 1896. In the summer of 2021 it was renovated with respect for the original house. The cottage appears original with small spaces and inviting with many details. There is a combined dining room and kitchen. The living room has cozy furniture, sofa bed with two beds, flat screen TV with German channels and free, Danish channels and free internet. The kitchen has i.a. stove with ceramic hobs, microwave and refrigerator with freezer. The house has two bedrooms, of which 1 room with & 190 bed and 1 chamber with a sofa bed for 1 person. In addition, there is a small chamber where one can retire and read a good book. Small bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. The house is heated with oil burner. Open terrace with good garden furniture and the landscaped garden is surrounded by rose bushes and thus you are private. The cottage is secluded.
