The house is 68 m2 and is located on a 2700 m2 unspoiled nature plot of land with a beautiful panoramic view of Århus Bugten (Bay of Aarhus). The house is a wonderful wooden house boarded with pine wood. The house was built in the 70’s, but was totally renewed in 1996. In 2005 the house got a new roof. The house sleeps 6 persons – 2 persons in a room with a double bed, 2 persons in a room with a bunk bed and 2 persons in a bed loft.

Furthermore the house has an open well-equipped kitchen with a new ceramic stove, cooker hood, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator with a small integrated cold-storage.

The house has 3 terraces with garden furniture as well as a carport and tool shed.

Helgenæs is blessed with very good beaches and clear water all around the peninsula.

There is a 1,5 km walk to the nearest beach by small paths and farming fields. The best and most family-friendly beaches are found by “Begtrup Vig”, “Dragsmur”, “Ebeltoft Vig” and “Fuglsø Strand” – all within a distance ranging from 3 to 6 km from the house.

There are great fishing possibilities all around Helgenæs.
