Very nice and well set cottage with just the right environment for a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

The house is situated in a quiet cottage area just a stone's throw from the most beautiful beach at Fyen, that stretches as far as the eye and invites you to a fresh dip or a walk in the beautiful countryside or maybe just a walk in the ice-cream shop.

dont miss the beautiful sunsets on the beach with barbecue and what else is involved, the kids love it.

Bring the bikes and take a ride into the nearby town Otterup and enjoy the holiday atmosphere in this cozy village environment with a rich selection of stores to sweeten your stay, the weekly market day.

For children and adults, water dogs, the tropical water park is certainly worth a visit, it is built in beautiful Viking theme with multiple slides in and out.

Neighborhood also offers plenty of opportunities for fishing, a trip along the peninsula Enebærodde, in addition to the gap where the flow and the deep water provides ideal conditions for trout, or simply the beach, leaning back with a worms on the hook after a plaice for dinner.

Nearby is also a football field with real goals that certainly offers a football game with other visitors in summer months.

House kitchen / living room section provides a natural focal point for fun about cooking or just pure relaxation. Days there are mostly for indoor activities, the family can gather around the stove and cozy with some board games or with "singstar" or one of the other family games for playstation.

The large plot is surrounded by a lovely beech hedge which safeguard the privacy and the garden is ample opportunity for expression of many activities such as croquet, soccer, swing, sandbox and trampolining. The warm summer evenings can be spent on the large terrace and while children play in the garden you can enjoy the evening sun go down behind the horizon.

Advantage of selecting OUR HOUSE CONTRA ONE COMPLETELY DOWN ON THE BEACH:

-Very large plot. Space for adults and children can romp on.

-Good parking. Double private parking, no dents and scratches from passing cars and bicycles.

-Peace and quiet at the cottage. Better opportunity for privacy without extraneous. Always many passers-by on the beach front houses and dikes noise and dust from cars and especially gulls are screaming.

-Loose children and animals can be safe. We live in the bottom of a closed road.

-Shelter from the wind. Often it feels actually quite cold right down to the beach. Our whole ground is surrounded by a dense beech hedge that gives really good shelter from the wind.

-Sun on the terrace throughout the day. Since the house is located 150m from the water, we have chosen to reverse the terrace to the south, not north as the houses at the sea.

-no fear of forgetting to lock your bike or car! At the beach house you must think more about what has been standing out because there obviously are many people over, otherwise burglary statistics, much less by the little "cheaper" parcels.

-Cheaper in rent. Last but not least, it is somewhat cheaper to rent a house not located directly to the water.
