Ebeltoft is an old søkøbsstad that got its municipal rights in 1301. The city celebrated its 700th anniversary in 2001, but it is actually even older. The city's pride is the town hall which dates from 1789 and it is still used for weddings from both home and abroad. The city's pedestrian streets are cobbled, has beautiful half-timbered houses and numerous shops and restaurants. Down by the harbor is the Glass Museum, a new glasswork, cafes, restaurants and the Frigate Jutland.
Which is approximately 20 km to Djurs Summerland, 30 km Grenå including Kattegat Centre, 50 km to Aarhus including AROS, the Old Town and 55 km to Randers with include Randers Rainforest, Graceland and Denmark's newest and largest Water and Wellnes and 225 km to the Danish / German border. There is 172 km to Copenhagen (Ebeltoft-Odden).

Summer house location:
Close to this lovely town and many attractions is the cottage built in 2003 and renovated in 2016. The house is situated in the beautiful islands, with easy access to city life and good bathing condition either by bike or car. The area is a traditional holiday area with beautiful scenery, hilly terrain and opportunities for scenic walks. There is just under 3 km to the town of Ebeltoft, the Glass Museum, Frigate Jutland and shopping. The house is located just 1 km from the ferry landing (Ebeltoft-Odden) and the Maritime Village, where there are shops, restaurant, swimming pool, close to one of the country's best mouintainbike courts and other sports facilities. Which is approximately 1 km to the coast and child-friendly beach. The house is located in the National Park "Mols", which is about 20 km driving distance to Lübcker Golf Ressort and plenty of opportunities for anglers.

The cottage and grounds:
The house is on 80 m2, very well maintained, with roof windows in the gables and built in good quality. From the hallway there is access to two bedrooms with good closet space. Moreover, there is access to large loft with two beds and closet, large and nice bathroom with toilet, shower cabinet, whirlpool and sauna. Practical køkken/alrum combined with the living room. In the living room are a fireplace and access to the garden and terrace. Outside there is a raised terrace, where the view over Ebeltoft Bay and the Bay of Aarhus come into their own.

The reason is a hilly and secluded plot of 1361 m2 with trees, shrubs and grass. There are a large outbuilding. There are several terraces with outdoor lighting around the house. There exists a Weber charcoal grill.

Summer house's contents:
The living room is fireplace, satellite TV, DVD player, sofa and dining table for 6 people.

The house is renovated, has new furniture and white goods in 2015.
The two bedrooms have, respectively, a large double box bed and 2 single box beds. Loft is equipped with 2 single box beds. There are priority good mattresses, so this is not the fault of a bad night's sleep!
There, there cot, high chair, potty and changing plate. outdoor sandpit and swings.
In the kitchen are ceramic electric cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner and various glass / porcelain etc. There is everything used in a modern kitchen. The bathroom consists of toilet, nice cupboards with recessed sink, shower cabinet, sauna and whirlpool. In the utility room is a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron, sink with hot and cold water.
There are many garden furniture, drying rack and a little playground in the corresponding outhouse.
The house is made main interest twice a year, there is always carried out thorough cleaning and inspection for all guests. The house is regularly maintained and will always appear very presentable.

In medium and low season just 10% discount when booking two consecutive weeks

There are normally rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Outside the high season can also be rented on weekend basis by appointment. Ask!

Short breaks / weekend with 4 nights cost 80% of the current season price.
Short breaks / weekend with 5 nights cost 90% of the current season price.

Power settled with 2.60 kr. / Kwh, water 60 kr. Per. M3 and burn with 35 kr. Per. bag.
