Cozy cottage on the seaside with seaview

Our cozy cottage is on a beachfront, and there are therefore only 40 meters to an incredibly good, child-friendly beach with calm and low water. The house is approx. 500 meters from Mols Mountains National Park, where you can hike, bike on a mountain bike or ride Icelandic horses to some of Denmark's most beautiful nature experiences.
Mols is a very attractive area and besides the beautiful nature of the National Park you can enjoy the many delicious beaches, cozy villages, the old cobbled tourist town of Ebeltoft, golf, several theme parks incl. water parks, zoos, fishing, good eateries, etc. See www. The House:
The house was built in 1968, but we have replaced all windows and doors in 2012 and there are new parquet floors in all rooms from spring 2014. A brand new bathroom was built in 2016. The house is very bright, dry - and easy to heat.
There is a large lawn around the house, suitable for football, volleyball or other activities.
There is a south facing terrace, barbecue, garden furniture, umbrella, bonfire, and large sliding door leading onto the terrace, so there is ample opportunity for a nice dinner in the open air. There is sun on the terrace from morning to evening at. ca. 20:00. Hybenbuske, stakit m.m. Make sure that there is usually a good opportunity to find out on the ground. Since the coastal road is on the north side of the house, and the house is pulled away from the road, traffic is not at all a problem.
The house is suitable for up to 6 people.
There are 3 bedrooms: 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds (which are together as a double bed) and 1 with a bunk bed. There is a well-functioning kitchen with ample dining table and equipment. In the living room there is a dining table, new sofa and TV. There is satellite TV with Canal Digital's local package.
Kitchen and living room are shared with half-wall.
The bathroom is approx. 2x3 m. With shower, washbasin with closet and toilet.
From the terrace, kitchen and living room there is a beautiful panorama sea view and a view to Ebeltoft town.

It's about. 40 meters to lovely wide sandy beach and clear, calm water
200 meters to the bakery bakery
500 meters to one of Denmark's top 10 restaurants. See www.molskroen.dk, as well as 2 new restaurants "a beefstou" and "brasserie" by the same owner as Molskroen.
7 km to the very nice tourist town of Ebeltoft with many lovely eateries
35 km to Århus (Denmark's second largest city)
10 km to ferry (ferry to Zealand Copenhagen)
40 km to Grenå (ferry Grenå Varberg)
40 km to the Kattegat center
25 km to Djurs Sommerland
15 km to Ree Park (animal park)
20 km to the airport

We live close to house number 1419 - if you want to live 2 families close together or want another house in the area.
