The property is surrounded by a lovely park like garden with high beautiful trees, terrace, pavilion, a forge from 1680 with a bbq, as well as a large private angling lake with carps. The lake is not fenced, but the water is just 50 cm deep. In the forest area near the country house you will find another angling lake, which also belongs to the house. The garden is surrounded by open fields and is suitable for ball games, angling and relaxing.The country house was build in 1900 and fundamentally renovated in 2009. With its 582 square metres and 20 beds the house is well suited for seminars, teambuilding, small family gatherings and holiday with more families. A short drive brings you to the evocative market town Åbenrå.Living roomsThe common room of the country house is furnished in a cosy and classical style. Here you can relax and enjoy each others company. You can prepare your meals in the spacious kitchen and enjoy them in the gathering point of the house: the dining room. If you need pampering and relaxation, you can avail yourselves of the large whirlpool, which is located in connection with one of the bathrooms. Sleeping sectionThe property contains 8 bedrooms - 2 in the ground floor and 6 in the first floor. So you are able to retire to the quiet first floor even though the activities continue downstairs. The sleeping accommodation consists of 17 beds and 3 mattresses on bed-lofts.
